Membership Application Worksheet

Note: This file was provided by TXSSAR, the State Chapter. It is a Microsoft Word Template (Word.dot) file. You will need a copy of the MS Word application program loaded on your computer if you wish to utilize the Application Worksheet.

You can save the template as a Word Document, with a filename
of your choice, to your computer.

 
Your file can then be used to enter the prospective member's information.


 The completed form may be printed and submitted as necessary.

The fees that must be submitted with a new SAR Application for Membership are payable by check, one for $115.00 made payable to TXSSAR, and one for $10.00 made payable to San Antonio SAR Chapter #4.

If anyone knows of a good prospect for SAR membership, please contact the Membership Chairman. If you have hesitated because you do not want to get involved in research for a candidate, hesitate no longer. Help is available. There is now a SAR employee in the NSSAR home office in Louisville, KY who will do research for SAR Applications for $25.00 per hour plus expenses. His name is Jesse Hagan, and he is extremely well qualified in this regard. His telephone number is 1-502-589-1776.
He is recommended by Judge Ed Butler.

This new site will be of benefit to State Registrars, and will provide information to prospective new members.
